Meet the Team: Sol Stimach

Sol is an experienced and compassionate victim advocate with a strong background in supporting individuals through crisis, particularly in the areas of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child protective services. Sol has worked for many organizations and government bodies, including the United States Coast Guard’s Sexual Assault Prevention Response and Recovery Program (SAPRR), Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, and the Center for the Pacific Asian Family, providing crucial assistance to victims and survivors. Her diverse roles have involved case management, crisis intervention, policy analysis, training, and coordinating support services for victims, as well as advocating for policy improvements in both military and civilian systems. Sol's commitment to serving others extends to her current work with the Oregon Judicial Department, where she provides essential administrative support, ensuring that individuals navigating the court system receive the guidance and assistance they need. In her free time, Sol enjoys spending time with her family (including her active duty Coast Guard husband and young daughter), exploring the outdoors with her dog, and learning about history and culture through museum visits and hiking trips.
